Michael “Robbie” Desy began his plumbing career in 2002 working for Bingham Mechanical Inc., a day after graduating high school.

While working at Bingham Mechanical, Inc., his primary account was Sea World where he worked almost daily until January 2010 when Bingham split into two companies. He continued with Bingham Plumbing and Piping, Inc., for several more years.

 

In May of 2017, he launched his own company called RD Plumbing Incorporated.

​

Robbie is an expert at water quality control and life support systems for aquatic animals at Sea World.

​

RD Plumbing, Inc. handles major plumbing for local San Diego theme parks, Casinos for the Tribunal Counsel and residents on the Native American Reservation, industrial operations, commercial entities, and residential clients.

​

He has also designed, coordinated and installed major plumbing for two restaurants from the ground up and continues to provide plumbing services for these restaurants; Hash House a Go Go and The Great Maple in San Diego County.

​

RD Plumbing Inc., is the "GO TO" plumbing contractor for Sea World’s water slide park called Aquatica in San Diego.

​

Much of his success has come from "word of mouth" due to his ability to design custom installations incorporating the idea that a sensible design from the start provides peace of mind for the customer in the future.

​

Robbie and RD Plumbing have continued to grow. Serving more than 150 customers annually they are known in San Diego for "DOING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME."
